Georgie
is our first import and the matriarch of Gameguard
kennels, who in her early days ruled with an iron fist. Always
known as being protective in nature and quite jealous at times,
at one Bullmastiff show, while waiting to enter the ring with
various offspring for the “dam and progeny class’’,
Georgie decided to latch onto her daughter. From that day on, in
my mind at least, the class is now known as the “Dam Eat
Progeny" class. Nowadays life with Georgie is much calmer
as she enjoys life as the pampered house dog, now lacking the
fire for which she was always known. Lucky for Georgie, she has
few teeth left to back up her bravado!
Georgie's
greatest achievements were in the whelping box, as the
dam of Ch
Gameguard Brianna and our Best in Show winner Ch
Gameguard Bruelle. She is still going strong as she
approaches 10 years of age, and loves her toast in the mornings.
